I bought this Mysuntown portable sauna because I was looking for a way to slow down and take some quiet time for myself. The size of this unit is nice. I’m only 5’ tall and had lots of room to move within the bag. It was a nice delivery of heat and I was able to happily fall asleep in my relaxed state. I took it up to 135* on the first use for an hour. It didn’t make me noticeably sweat, so if you’re looking to detox via sweat, this may not be warm enough for that. It does have a pretty strong plastic odor when you first open it. For my purposes this fits the bill perfectly. 😊

This is not my first sauna blanket purchase. I appreciate the health benefits of sauna use, including detoxification, back pain relief, and muscle relaxation, and I typically utilize my sauna blanket three times a week. However, this blanket surpasses my old one. Its larger size and faster heating capabilities are notable improvements. The inclusion of a microfiber blanket and emergency blankets, along with a convenient storage case, adds significant value. I am highly satisfied with my purchase.

I am sensitive to the newness of the smell.... takes a while to heat up. Zippers are fairly easy to use.I fit in comfortably. directions are clear

We live in a place where the facilities offer a gym, hot tub and the mandatory pool. I was missing a sauna. TBH, I wouldn’t have use one even if the gym offered it for privacy issues. So this kit seemed like a dream come true! The settings are easy to understand. Plus the extra benefit of infra red, which will help with my arthritis!! Infra red plus heat makes it more effective than either alone!

I might be one of the unlucky few but while comparing with other Sauna blankets, I read the other one had cheap zippers. So I decided to go with this one. Nonetheless on my 2nd use, the left arm zipper smoothly slide out of its designated area. I had no idea how the zipper stopper fell out. I thought - ok, maybe I can fix it later. On my 4th use, the right arm zipper stopper fell out too, along with the zippers. Now I have both arm openings without ability to close and trap the heat within.

This sauna blanket truly fulfills my desire to enjoy a sauna in the comfort of my home. It is simple to operate, easy to use, the material of the blanket is comfortable and has good heat preservation. By using the sauna blanket, I can accelerate my metabolism and help my body burn fat. After insisting on using it for a period of time, the effect is remarkable and makes me more confident. Finally, I have a relaxing moment of my own.

This is the third sauna blanket. I have owned as well as using them at a couple of spas that I frequent. This one is made very well and I think is heavy duty. It has zippers on both sides to make getting in and out of it easy as well as holes that zip for your arms so that you can have them inside or outside of the blanket. It is heavier than the others I have owned, but is probably as heavy as the ones at the spas. The controls are very easy to work and the temperature is accurate according to my husbands heat gun. It heats quickly and mains temperature the entire time.( I like to use it for an hour). I am 5’6” and weigh 157 and it fits me perfectly. It includes a storage bag which a lot of them don’t- I had to purchase one extra with the last one I had. It also includes 10 Mylar blankets. I do not use those, I use disposable FIT brand suits but I also wear a cheaper plastic suit inside of that so I can use the FIT suit more times before disposing it. I have never found the Mylar blankets to be helpful. They possibly make you sweat more. It they do not contain the sweat and make a huge mess. I appreciate that it included an instruction manual although it is easy to figure out. I hope it will last a long time and will update my review if it doesn’t.UPDATE! The 3rd time I went to use this sauna blanket, it started heating up and after about 8 minutes, it beeped and threw out error code E02. I have no idea what that means other than it quit heating and does not heat up now.
