Great vest. Fully adjustable at shoulders if you like to wear it lower on your body, and firmly at the waist. I love the wide straps at shoulders and substantial velcro straps at waist. Weight is evenly distributed, weight pods can be removed or added to pouches to change resistance. Very sturdy, quality construction. Zipper front makes it easier to put on, just tighten the velcro waist after. Very fast delivery , very impressed.

Love this! I was struggling between this and another brand because of the weights-I wanted something that I could have as much weight as possible. The other was more of an “x” shape and was up to 9kg. But the zip design instead of an over the head wear won it for me! Absolutely value for money in the sale at £33.99 while the other was £45 for up to 9kg. I love how the base weight is not stitched in so you can actually wash it and the varients of weight you can have, from ultra light to 8kg. I’m a 10-12UK and like other said it just fits me where the Velcro is tightened. If you’re smaller it may not be close fitted and may swing around a bit. There is zero neoprene smell unlike the other brands I’ve researched and I wore it for 1.5hours the 1st day with 1x 1lb weight and 4x 2lbs weight while walking my doggie. Presented and packed tidily with no unnecessary packaging. I’ll be very happy to gift this to any family or friends if I knew they were wanting to lose weight like I do. I can see this being something I wear everyday while walking my dog (makes it even easier for days I can’t be bothered to go on the walking pad). Straps were abit fiddly at first to get to the right length but after a few adjustments it sits where I want it to. Really pleased with the price, how comfortable it is, and how easy it is to wear. I’ll highly recommend. Hopefully it is durable in the wash when needed. I’m very happy overall!

Fit is good and adjustable for different sizes. Easy to use & weights are easily adjustable. The vest is sturdy & durable. Comfortable for the most part but burden of weight seems to be on shoulders & upper back.

My daughter is a runner and asked for this for Christmas. It has individual weight pockets which allow her to start low and build up to 18lb. The weights are distributed around the vest which also makes it comfortable to wear. There are several straps which means it can be adjusted to fit as required. Overall a good sturdy product which looks like it will last a lifetime. A good price too compared to others.

Excellent vest, you can remove all weights so you can wash it. The material is waterproof. It fits well, very supportive. Goes up to 17 lbs. Lovely colour. Has arm and waiste adjustments. Im size 14 to 16. With bigger bust. Great product. Good price.

Wear this around the house to do housework, can take out the inner tubes so lighter and adjust to fitness level. Excellent well made product

Good sturdy vest ideal for workouts and running. The Velcro fastening is good but sometimes, it is slightly awkward to put on. However, once adjusted and in place it does exactly what it should. I’ve started on the lowest weight and found that my running has improved and that I have more stamina now.

Bought this for training for a 30km trail run. Love the fact that it can go from virtually no weight up in 2kg increments so it's not a sudden huge impact. Very comfortable to wear for long periods, easy to put on and adjust and seems extremely durable. Great value for money and would definitely recommend to other runners
