The media could not be loaded. Used this to add to Valentine’s Day card..There was a theme and the person ‘got it’..Easy assembly, took me 6mins maybe. This would be fun for any child that likes puzzles. I recommend painting it. The book provides instructions and facts about the Falcon and some movie insight.

This was a gift for an office friend who loves Star Wars. They said it was fun to put together. Nice gift for the right price.

The media could not be loaded. I had a fun time assembling this model, and it was relatively easy to follow the instructions. The details were well done, and the pieces made from fairly good material.That being said, the final product was not fantastic. Maybe some of the lack of alignment in the landing gear was to to a bit of assembly error on my part, but I did not seem to have a lot of play in adjusting the pieces at the time of assembly, so I did not feel like I could have ever gotten them to align perfectly.Still, it looks great on display as long as you don’t notice that all four legs are not touching the ground. You can tell a lot of effort was made so that this model would show a lot of detail.In the end, I decided to varnish rather than paint this model, and I am really happy with how this finish to the detailed wood turned out.As a side note, I glued all the pieces together and I think this added a lot of stability to this model. Prior to that, some of the pieces seemed loose enough that there could be a chance of them eventually coming apart. Especially if the model was to be handled frequently.

Purchased to build with the kids who have become serious Star Wars fans. I really thought this would be larger based on the pictures. When it is built and complete- it sure does look cool- BUT.. the parts are small, and the directions are hard to follow- think IKEA furniture and you will get what I mean. My biggest complaint is that my hands are huge and the parts to this can be super small- and they all must interlock to put together, press to hard on a part, it will break (it is wood...). I ended up Super-gluing the thing together- I just feel like it will easily fall apart. Could my 8-year old build this on his own- no- too complex, and did it take me over an hour- yes and I wanted to throw it against the wall the whole time. Does it look nice together- yes it was worth the effort and we didn't even paint it. I have purchased other ones of these and they were harder to assemble than this one for sure, but again- when it is done it looks very cool. Would I buy again? Well I seem to have purchased a few of these and struggled with them- because that is what the Dad does for the kids! Does come with a nice book that the kids enjoy.

Wife enjoyed painting and putting it together. Wood is great quality and last a long time. Looks great painted or not.

I bought this as a gift, they loved it. I bought it for the difficulty level for my family member who is a lover of these sorts of models.

A cool gift for a fan of Star Wars. The book was interesting with the added bonus of a miniature 3D puzzle! He loved it. Be aware the 3D model is small and challenging but it only added to the fun

Pretty straightforward to assemble but the pieces don’t stay together while assembling and therefore frustrating.
