We have used this formula since birth and have been extremely happy with it. We combo fed with it for the first four weeks and then went exclusively to this formula. Make sure if you have a Brezza, that you set the ratio appropriately (it’s setting 5 on ours), or if your baby goes to daycare that they are aware of the water to powder ratio. It’s different from most formulas (1:1 as opposed to 2:1). The only dislike that I have is that you can’t find it in stores! CVS sometimes has it but we just subscribe on Amazon to be safe. He did have a hard time pooping around one month old, but I don’t believe that it was because of the formula. I think it was because he was just learning how to voluntarily push. His stools are and have always been so normal and consistent - about once a day with this. I would highly recommend this formula to everyone!

Not being able to breast feed, I set out to find the right formula for my baby and have been through several formulas from the top brands, probably too many, and none of them have completely worked for my baby. One formula would help her be regular and wouldn’t cause any gas, but would aggravate her GERD, while abother would help her GERD, but cause painful gas. Both situations led to hours of crying and in need of constant soothing. I am the only one who stays up with her at night, so six weeks of little sleep and constant crying has been heartbreaking, beyond exhausting, and overwhelming. Desperate, I began researching formula ingredients and started to think that maybe corn ingredients were upsetting her belly and GERD. Also, I wanted to make sure she was getting safe, quality food, so I began looking into organic formulas and came across this one. I vowed to change her formula one last time, and if it didn’t work, we would just have to settle until she outgrew her GERD and belly issues. The first time I gave her a bottle of this formula, she did not squirm or pull back in pain, like she did with other formulas, and for the first time, she actually loved the taste! She gulped it down no problem. I waited, anticipating some kind of bad reaction, but no abnormal gas or spit up ever came. Then, a miracle happened, she took a two and half hour nap for the first time in her life! She has never slept longer than half an hour! That night, she was able to fall asleep on her own, again, for the first time in her life! I’m so happy to have found something that she can eat without any discomfort, and I’m really happy over the impressive ingredients list. I feel confident feeding this formula to my baby. The formula, itself is fluffy before mixing, and has a good consistency after mixing. Not too thick, not too thin. Not foamy. The container is easy to open and has a slot for the scoop to go in, so you don’t have to dig through the formula to retrieve it. The smell isn’t bad. The color of the formula looks similar to that of breast milk. The only issue is that I either have to order this formula online or drive an hour to the nearest Target to purchase this formula. I wish more vendors sold it! This formula has completely changed my baby! Thank you SO much, Happy Family! We both can look forward to feedings now!

This is the best formula for my reflux baby 🙌 he’s been on it for 5 months now and i’ve never had a problem!! I usually buy it in store but they were sold out so i ordered from amazon and unfortunately one of the cans came in with the inside safety seal broken and formula spilling out everywhere but amazon refunded the money immediately so i could get a new can 👏

This is the first time I have written a product review. Due to a medical issue of my own, I was unable to nurse my daughter beyond 3 months. Even though I purchased a higher-quality dairy formula, she broke out in a severe, raised rash. The Dr. had us switch to a sou formula. Again, I purchased a high-quality brand. She had the same reaction. With no other choices left, my daughter started Elecare formula. It is dairy free and soy free. The ingredient list made me cringe . . . and the smell was awful. After 3 months of being on Elecare, a friend of mine told me about the newly-released Happy Baby formula. Her baby also got rashes from dairy but tolerated the Happy Baby formula well. I decided to buy some and see what happened. My 6 month old daughter immediately ate twice as much as she did with the Elecare- because the Happy Baby formula actually tasted good to her! It was cute to see her cup her hand around the bottle and close her eyes. I was wondering if she would break out in the raised hives/rash- and she didn't! I thought it was a fluke and that, within 24 hours, surely she would have some sort of reaction still. Nope! This stuff is AMAZING. I know it's because of the prebiotics in it. I love the list of ingredients. Another perk: her skin is even BETTER on the Happy Baby formula than it was in Elecare. She didn't have a rash on Elecare anymore, but she was dry. She also wouldn't eat more than 2/3 ounces at a time and she stayed the same weight for about two and a half months. After only 2 weeks on the Happy Baby formula, she gained almost 2 pounds. This isn't because she was over eating... but because she was finally just eating! She had her 6 month appointment and with the 2 pound gain, she is at the 55% range for weight for her age. She is thriving. She is also SO happy. No tummy troubles at all. I am telling you- this formula is liquid gold! It also isn't just a coincidence. I ran out of the Happy Baby formula for a day and tried some of the other high-quality dairy formula to see if it was simply a case of "outgrowing the dairy issue." Nope! She had tummy pain, cried, and broke out... so I didn't give her more than 1 bottle of that stuff. I may not be able to breast feed this time around, but at least I don't have any guilt giving my daughter the Happy Baby formula. Not only does she love the taste, she is thriving! Thank you for creating this formula!

We started giving my 4 month old baby this formula as supplement to breastmilk. At first we supplemented with 1 oz per feeding (25% formula of total feeding) then increased to 2 oz (50%) and now 3 oz (75%). I've addressed some issues mentioned by other reviewers here. Overall - We like this formula and is continuing to use it. Packaging - The plastic box is a bit flimsy. The lid will break off if you're too heavy-handed opening or bending the lid too far back. I like the easy to remove top seal and spoon rest. Foamy - The mixed formula is foamy if it is shaken rigorously. A trick to not have foam is to mix formula with slight warm water, which helps the formula to dissolve quickly, and instead of rigorous shaking, use gentle swirling motion. We also mix 1-2 hours in advance, which helps the last clumps of formula to dissolve, and we leave the formula in the fridge so that it's ready to go. My son likes his milk cold. Constipation - My son had constipation immediately with 1oz supplement and we used prune juice (every day for the first week, then every other day after). He is now used to this formula and no longer needs prune juice (3 weeks after first try). Taste - Since we added breastmilk to the bottle from the start, my son is used to the taste, even as we increased the amount of formula in recent weeks. Smell - There is a slight metallic/fish smell - but it's not offensive. Color - The color of formula is pale white/ivory exactly like my breastmilk.

Switched to this formula from the Bobbie formula because baby boy was having really green and runny BM. He seems a lot less uncomfortable with this formula and seems to be taking really well to it. His BM have definitely improved and resemble breast feeding BMs.

I have been using Happy Baby Organics formula since my first child... and now my second child loves it too! I loved the old sturdy container though, and the old scoop (1 scoop per 2 oz). These new containers are flimsy. These two arrived today with the front safety tabs busted off, and the scoop was completely missing from one. Doesn't seem very sterile? The inside appeared to be sealed still. Functionally, it's annoying to make pitcher of formula and scoop 24 times. Also, you can't get the last bit of powder out out the end due to the rim of metal sealing the inside - it gets caught up in there and I feel like I'm wasting expensive formula. Anyway, will obviously continue to use bc the formula itself is great and my son loves it and is growing big! Just wish the packaging was more secure, and didn't make me question if it was safe to feed to my child.

Great product for my little one. She doesn't get gassy or spits up like other formula.
