My oldest daughter, and I are both anemic and have to take iron as a result. It was time to grab some more, but I wanted to see if there was any thing out there that was better than what we were taking previously. This particular iron supplement really impressed me – it has so much good stuff in it that you were going to meet, regardless, and it gives you a little boost of things that might be in other multivitamins that you take. What impressed me the most no, with the bioavailability of it. I didn’t really realize that I had been taking subpar iron until suddenly, I felt way better. Like, way way better. And every single thing that a normal iron level improves, started rapidly improving. To give context, I was so depleted that it really heavily affected my energy levels but I couldn’t seem to do anything about that. It seemed like it might be something else, but I had said to my daughter, not long ago that I suspected it was actually the anemia that had caused what I’d been feeling. Which tells me that the bioavailability of the iron supplement that I have been taking was nowhere near what it needed to be to just do the basics.. Now, I can’t tell you whether this is the right iron supplement for you. What I can tell you is that it is made huge difference for me. I think that it’s worth trying, and the fact that you have two bottles coming with it is definitely a plus.

As a vegan, iron supplements are a must for me. I can only eat so much spinach!!! This HarmoVira Liposomal Iron with Vitamin C, Folic Acid, Vitamins B12, B6, and B1 is a well rounded, good quality way to get iron in an easy to swallow 1 capsule daily dose. This order included two plastic bottles for a 4 month supply. Wish more supplements came at such a good value. The form of iron in this HarmoVira product is iron bisglycinate - this is a more readily absorbable form and more easily digested without the gastrointestinal effects that some forms of iron can create. After taking this for two days, i've had no stomach issues so far (my stomach is really sensitive, so this is important to me). The vitamin C in this product also enhances absorption. "Liposomal" simply means this product has a little oil added to increase staying power of the iron in the body - this is done by adding a form of fat - in this case freeze dried sunflower oil is one of the ingredients. I normally try to take iron with nuts to achieve a similar effect, and happy that's not needed here. The quality is good with the HarmoVira Liposomal Iron capsules made in a GMP facility in the USA and lab tested for purity and dose. If you are low on iron, this is good for you. But you also do not want to get too much so make sure you are monitoring it and not getting more than you need. The mix is good with C, some Bs and Folic as well. All good supplements. Easy to swallow capsules. No issues.

I try to find supplements that are made in the USA, That's not always easy to do. I find that if you can't find on the ad page where it's made because they don't say, chances are, it's not made here. I don't have a problem if its made in most other countries, I really only have an issue with one and refuse to get any supplements from that country, Just about everything we buy in the US if from that country, but I'm not going to take supplements from there! So, first of all, these are Liposomal, which is fantastic, they are better absorbed by the body than non Liposomal. I don't really know if I am low on iron, so this is a supplement that I will take as a preventative once a week, like I do with so many other natural supplements because I don't ever want to over do anything, but I also want it in my regimen of natural God made supplements. I love that this has other supplements right in there, such as Vitamin C and Folic acid. You can't go wrong with natural, and Made in the USA!!!!

Easy to swallow for their size. Surprisingly the powder in them is white. I assumed it would be the dark grey color you normally see for the red coated pills. I cannot say if they are working yet or maintaining my iron levels I had from my last bloodwork testing, so I can only update that upon my next panel. I can say I do not get any type of constipation while taking these supplements, and that is usually something that happens with ferrous iron pills. I do not have any issues with stomach pain or cramping with these pills either.

My wife and I take this iron to keep our levels in the acceptable range. This is great quality and highly absorbed. These contain multiple B vitamins and vitamin C, which is necessary for proper iron absorption. The capsules are easy to swallow with no bad taste or odor and cause no stomach discomfort. One capsule contains 50mg of iron, and the two bottles have 120 servings combined. It's made in the USA, third party tested, and an excellent value.

These capsules are easy to take and do not have any aftertaste. I’ve only been taking it for about a week, but I haven’t noticed any stomach issues. The serving size is one capsule daily, so this will last you a while. I am hopeful that I can continue these without getting GI upset.

While I have just started this using this supplement and do not yet have full results, so far this supplement is great! The coated capsules are small and simple to swallow, and I have had no stomach upset, even when taking on an empty stomach. The capsules leave no aftertaste. I will update with further results as I experience them.
