Red Stop Solution 100ml Red Mite Control in Water for Poultry, Aviary Birds

Love this stuff ,great for red mite treatment and so easy to use

I have kept chickens for 4 years and red mites have been a minor problem, which I held in check by removing their wood shavings regularly and also spraying the coop regularly.Adding the Red Stop for the last few months, is helping me to finally get on top of the red mites. I still clean and spray the coop, but the spraying is not needed as often. Only 1 ml added to each litre of water. Its easy to use and I will definitely be buying this again!

Used for chickens. Good product and doesn't appear to have changed flavour of drinking water at all. Has reduced red mites but still see them in the coops. Would recommend but not a quick fix to eradicating redmite completely.

Real infestation but this along with other measures has cured our problem, hens happy again one is even laying two some days will be used regularly from now on

This does seem to do the trick. Quite a small bottle but then I only have a few hens so confident there is enough to see off the red mites. The little. Silkie hen in particular seems prone to carrying the mites but after a week, I can’t find any more on her.

My hens have never had red mite , I can only assume it’s the preventative measure of using this product . Very easy to use, simply add to water once a week .

Once I first realised I had mites I cleaned out the chicken shed, then sprayed it 5 times in a days with some strong stuff that is meant to kill the mites, I then pressure washed it, dried it out and covered diatomaceous-earth all over the inside. I thought that will do it! It did for about 2 weeks, then they were back in their thousands. I spoke to a chicken farmer friend who said all they did was add a treatment to their drinking water. So I bought this red stop about a month ago and it actually seems to have worked. It took about 2-3 weeks but on a late night inspection one evening this week I didn't notice any mites. I am sure there must still be some around but their numbers have no doubt reduced massively. Happy Chickens.

This stuff is amazing and I don't know what I would do without it! The warnings on the side are quite scary to start with, but it's easy to use and works brilliantly. I have been keeping chickens for 8 years and make sure I always have some to hand because it's the only thing that works against the dreaded red mites.
