Survival Guide for Toxic Narcissistic Relationships

I bought this book with the intent of discovering all of the toxic behaviors narcissists have so that I can combat my own narcissistic tendencies and prevent myself from unwittingly passing them on. This book has been a phenomenal resource for this purpose! I feel so seen even though I don’t remember most of childhood years, I do remember how I felt. Manjit, Thank you so dearly from the bottom of my heart and my childrens’ hearts! The cycle ends here.

If you are dealing with Narcissistic Abuse, this book is a must have. So grateful I found the author on social media.

I have very recently purchased this book coming across her inspiring instagram posts and I am devouring it rapidly. It is a really eye opening experience, reigniting my own past trauma of dysfunctional family dynamics and my repeated poor choices in personal relationships, the incredible feeling of being trapped and feeling terrified. The author speaks with obvious personal experience which can be a little disarming and is certainly unusual in my opinion. However this adds a real depth of credibility. Unfortunately, and it is a fairly minor point but a little irritating, the text has been poorly proofread with grammatical - and some spelling- errors on many pages. That said I couldn’t let that detract from my award of 5 stars. This really is ‘a game changer’. Purchase Purchase Purchase…you will be enthralled
