Excellent additive, tastes very nice

Love these, taste great and dissolve easily. My only complaint would be I'd rather buy a jar then individual portions as I have one every day so it would be less packaging waste, hence the 4 stars and not 5

Tastes lovely! This is super simple to use and handy to carry as the individual sachets can be lugged around in a small pocket. I mix mine in my water bottle when out on long cycle rides and keep a spare sachet or two on my bike. Helps with recovery but also as a little pick me up when you need some extra energy! Wonderful!

Took two of these drinks then came out in massive big red itchy blobs all over my body ,have had to seek medical advice .

I've used plenty of sports drinks before, but this one stands out. The SiS orange mango flavor is surprisingly refreshing, not overly sweet or artificial tasting like some others. It mixes easily in water, no clumps or residue. What impressed me most is how quickly it rehydrates me. After intense cycling sessions, I used to feel drained for hours. Now, with a Hydro+ sachet, I recover much faster. My energy levels bounce back sooner and muscle cramping is significantly reduced. The added vitamins are a nice bonus, providing an extra boost. I appreciate the convenient sachet packaging, perfect for throwing in my gym bag.

I’m afraid I wasn’t a fan of these and as a regular user of electrolyte sachets I’ve had much better. There wasn’t a huge amount of powder in the sachet but what was in there came out quite lumpy (despite shaking before opening), sank straight to the bottom of the glass and I couldn’t get all of it to dissolve even with a lot of stirring (I’d added it to 500ml of water as per the instructions). I wasn’t keen on the artificial orange and mango flavour, and found the typical taste of the sweetener a bit overwhelming. Had the drink not been icy cold I think I’d have found it undrinkable. It’s great that it contains added vitamins etc. that you don’t generally find in other hydration drinks, but it isn’t for me.
