Super easy to install, bluetooth connection is never a problem for us. Finger print feature works great & it’s nice to be able to lock/unlock through the app. Wish the codes could be a little shorter but not a big deal. Going to purchase another as a gift. Great product.

The lock was very easy to install, and easy to set up for fingerprint unlock as well as number code unlock. It fits well, it does not stick out enough to hit the handle of the screen door as others do. I am pleased with this purchase.

I wanted to love this lock, especially after all the reviews. But never again.. returning it asap. Only worked for a month, then we couldn’t get into our house because the lock rejected our fingerprints and kept saying our code was wrong when it wasn’t. I tried to add our fingerprints again and it wouldn’t let me. Then it kept locking automatically as soon as you opened the door. Even though the automatic lock was turned off in the app. After it kept locking every second, it just completely STOPPED LOCKING. So now it will not lock, fingerprint won’t work, code won’t work. Also.. You literally have to be standing next to the lock for the app to work. Which is very inconvenient because why would I need to use the app if I’m RIGHT BY THE LOCK??? I should have read into that more before buying. This lock has been giving us so many issues as you can tell, so I hope this is helpful for whoever is leaning into buying this.

The media could not be loaded. Very Nice. Very easy to install. It's like installing a door knob. There's only one wire and that's like plugging in a HDMI cable. The fingerprint and ID code that I used is standard until you program it with an app. The hardest part for me was having to re-drill and fix the hole from the old standard lock. The latch mechanism is 60mm-70mm, so I had to move the hole over and repair the gap. But, the actual putting in the lock was easy, a 10 minute job. It comes with a key so if for some reason the code or my fingerprint doesn't work no worries, I ops checked that and it's using key to unlock a door. It takes four (4) double A batteries which there's a cover you slide off and install. Basically to install, you take out the long screws that are in the front assembly, put the back mounting bracket with those two screws, pop on the cable, put the back piece on, use two small screws to secure that, slide of the cover and put in the batteries.

Not gonna lie my hopes were not high based on the semantics of this whole thing. So here is one note I would leave behind. It is fantastic that you can enter the code. I 100 percent feel like this is safer. While I thought the fingerprint would be cool to be honest we don’t use it. It works a little. Some will say this is good, some will say this is bad: it works off of Bluetooth. You can not lock and unlock from afar. You can however tell someone the code. If you’re supposed to be able to do this we’re doing something wrong. But for the price I mean not going to complain! Still giving it 5 stars! Honestly the blue tooth is probably safer!

I purchased this product for my home after trying another keyless door lock where the fingerprint option would not work. I was very happy with the ease of set up and install of this lock and the fingerprint technology has been working well with my entire family. I also own a rental property and after testing this keyless lock on my home, I purchased and installed a second one at my rental property which provides many benefits to myself and my tenants.
