I'm not sure it really has any benefits for one's personal microbiome(!), but it's nonetheless a lovely product to wash with - a gentle, super cleansing rinse with a gorgeous scent.

Beautiful smell,longlasting and no irritation to skin only completely is it is very expensive

No better than cheaper probiotics, it works whilst you take it - but once you stop, ibs symptoms come back.
