oneisall 4 Pack Replacement Filters for PWF-001 2L/67oz Cat Water Fountain, 3 Filtration System

Only been using for 2 weeks but it's great, very quiet. I've only seen the dog use it but the cat happily sits by it and isn't bothered.So far no leaks. Have had to refill it a couple of time so at least one of the animals is using it.It's easy to put together and seems well made. Good quality for the price.Very easy to clean.

We had another one before this which was a decent make, but was plastic and had a mutiple fountain head.It was ok at first and did encourage our kitty to drink slightly more with serious help from us, but then she started to play in it with her paw knocking the lid off, water ended up splashing everywhere and we were getting annoyed with it.I was not going to give up and ordered this one. Straight away it is quieter than our previous one, although it had not been an issue. It is easy to set up, easy to clean and top up and she seems to prefer it having the one tap, which i think mimics the kitchen tap. I put clear stick down vinyl just incase the same issue occurs as before but it hasnt. My only quip is having to replace the filters so often but will do so to keep it running fluently and clean. She is drinking more from it and we`ve both witnessed her a few times, which we rarely saw on the previous one.Overall we are happy with this fountain and its not too big holding a good amount of water. the light on it is just a bonus sometimes in the dark knowing exactly where it is. Would recommend it our kitty is extremely michievious and picking on everything. If its working for her it must be good!

Fantastic water fountain. Super easy to use and clean.Had this 6 months ish now and still works great. My Gremlin likes to clean her tail and paws in it though. This might be why it's started to grow algae? Or maybe it's just because of how warm it's been lately. (I've been told the algae isn't harmful and Gremlin seems to prefer her water with it. Still no more kidney issues either) It is really easy to clean though. We clean it every 3 to 4 days. Change filters every 4 weeks. Also the noise of the fountain fluctuates. Can be quiet can be really loud. Not sure why it changes. Love that it has a light so can clearly see where the water is upto. Just make sure it's pointing the right way otherwise you won't see it. Still would recommend this fountain for your own little fur baby. Probably will want it somewhere where having water on the floor isn't a problem. Our Gremlin just loves playing with her water and splashing everyone with it or making patterns all over the floor with it. Otherwise it does retain it's water really well and is super durable.

I bought this product about 2 months ago and it absolutely fitted our needs in respect of noise level, which there was none, quality and general design. Our cat loves it and uses it all the time. It's so easy to keep clean and fill and the gauge makes it easy to see when it requires re-filling or topping up.However, we did have an issue with the pump recently, when it started becoming noisy, but after contacting the Customer Care team at Oneisall, it was dealt with very quickly and a replacement pump was despatched to me. I have now fitted this replacement pump and all is quiet in the world of Water Fountain. I would highly recommend this product, despite this little glitch, to anyone who has a cat that doesn't drink water from a bowl and which wants to only drink from a tap (as our previous cat did and before these silent water fountains appeared on the market).

It is a good fountain . Comes with a couple of filters. It holds alot of water and is so easy to clean and put the new filters in.Now for the problem, it has started making this horrible screeching noise. I change the filter, clean it and for good measure replace the filter. It stops screeching for about 2 minutes then it is doing it again, this time though the water is almost overflowing from the top. That has never happened before so I keep turning it off and on again but the screeching keeps coming back.I love this water fountain but it seems like after a couple of months the quiet of the machine goes and the screeching begins out of nowhere.

I wasn’t sure if my cat would take to a fountain, but she started drinking from it almost straight away! The running water really seems to interest her, and I’ve noticed she’s drinking more now, which is exactly what I was hoping for.It’s super quiet — you can barely hear it unless you’re right next to it — and the stainless steel design looks sleek and is really easy to clean. The fact that it’s dishwasher safe is a big plus. The filters are easy to change, and I like that the water level is visible at a glance.Overall, great quality and design. Very happy with this purchase!

Bought this for my cat. It was quite when i got it 2 weeks ago but now it is constantly making a buzzing. I have done the old fashion turn it off and on as well as cleaning it but still buzzing. I cant turn it off because my cat likes using it so the buzz is non stop.I contacted customer service and got a response from sue who was brilliant. She was very quick to respond and was very helpful. She has sent me a new fountain to try. I really appreciate the service i got . Thank you Sue.

The media could not be loaded. Update: customer service got in touch and sent me a different model free of charge which is a lot quieter! Great service.Originally worked well but now rattles a lot around 2 months in (much louder when it was at the start!). I think a good product but this appears to be a recurring issue looking at other reviews. Cat took a while to get used to it but she uses it from time to time!
