Great flavour, I have been using these for around a year and they are very effective at reducing the effect of lactose containing products for me. I typically take 1-3 depending on the size and lactose content of the food item. I know purchase these on a subscription basis as they are so good.

these tablets are great for lactose intolerance. the milkaid in shops where i live is more expensive. so it is much more worth getting these. also, the vanilla flavour isn't bad. if you don't like the berry flavour you'll probably prefer these.

They taste really nice - sweet vanilla. That's also their downside, which I had not considered and is entirely my fault. Sweet vanilla does not go well with pizza, creamy curry or pasta. I take lactase during the meal as well as in advance. They seem to work well. Just beware you need two tablets to make up 6000 ALU.

Repeat orders with these, as they certainly help to digest milk products, eaten in moderation or small portions. Can't do without them now.

These are my favourite lactase tablets because they’re chewable, so they’re easy to take when you’re out and about. They work well for me when I take them just before having anything with lactose, and the vanilla taste is fine. I keep coming back to these over other brands.

my god, these are a life saver. It sucked so bad not being able to have milk products etc. These I take 2 before eating and wow it worked. My sister recommended them and im glad she did!

These helped with my lactose intolerance however the recommended dosage is 2 with each meal. Unfortunately they contain a significant amount of sugar. There are far healthier alternatives available I won’t be purchasing these again.
