These 1/2 cup freezer molds for food were a pleasant surprise, especially since they were quite a bit less expensive than the 'big name' brand. I used them for smaller amounts of homemade stock and they worked perfectly. The tops fit snugly and due to the metal reinforced trays they stacked in the freezer with no problems. To remove the frozen stock I simply ran the trays under warm tap water & the portions popped right out. I then put them into gallon zip bags then into the freezer. If you have a vac sealer, even better. I have the light turquoise color ...the only color available when I ordered.

Work great for freezing food and portioning out. 1/2 cup silicone freezer trays. They come with 2 trays and 2 lids. You can fit 6 portions in each tray, then put the lid and place in the freezer. The frozen bricks pop out and you can store them in bags or elsewhere so you can reuse the trays. They have wire framing in the top portion so its a firm edge to hold and get your food into the tray, and to push the lid onto. Each of the sections has metal to make it rigid when portioning or putting the lid on. Other trays that have 1 cup sections only have a rigid edge only around the perimeter so the inner edges dont have support. Great trays, would buy again!

I love these. I have never tried the name brand souper cubes, but I have tried other knockoffs and these are so much better! I like that these stack together when not in use to save space. The lids come off easily after freezing (which was not the case with the others I’ve had). My guess is that they are not leak proof, so I am careful to keep flat when putting in the freezer (I use a tray underneath to keep flat - I’m a klutz). I only use them to freeze overnight, then I remove the cubes to store in a bag. I like the using the 1/2 cup size over the 1 cup because I feel like they thaw/cook quicker (if I need one cup of something I just use 2 cubes).

These are very sturdy and easy to move around with liquids inside. The lid feels air tight, and I haven’t noticed any freezer burn in any of the sections. I am amazed at the quality, with how inexpensive these were. I appreciate the serving levels inside, bc I used these when on a strict diet due to a recent surgery. It was very easy to remove each individual portion.

These 1/2 cup freezer trays work well. Easy to use. Perfect portion size. Great value for the money especially when compared to the more expensive "name brand" product. Easy to clean and stack.

Very sturdy, and frozen food pops right out. This size is perfect for toddker meals, and for freezing small amounts of leftovers. I'm on a roll, inspired to do more food prepping!

You know how sometimes you just make "too much food" at a meal but you don't want it to go to waste and you don't want to eat the same meal over the next few days? With these you can portion out the excess, freeze, then pop the frozen cubes of food out, put them in a labeled freezer bag/container, press out any excess air and easily stack/store in your deep freeze for those nights you don't want to cook or for easy grab and go home made freezer meals to take to work/school to microwave later! Also perfect for meal prepping for the week/month in anticipation preparation for upcoming surgeries, time saving during the week, for your kids while you are not home, for that elderly person in your life who doesn't like cooking for themselves but enjoy home cooked meals, etc. These are also fantastic if you are diabetic or want to turn your noodles or rice into an insulin resistant starch (lowers the glycemic impact). Just make your noodles or rice ahead of time, then portion out into these containers in the fridge or freezer the day before you need it, which changes the starch in the food to be more insulin resistant for you. Note that while you can just store your frozen meal cubes in these trays, we wanted to just buy one set of each cube capacity size without spending too many of them. So instead, ince frozen we pop the cubes out so we can wash and reuse the trays for other meals. Each well does have clear measurement lines if you want to make different portion sizes using the same trays too.

I am really liking these. I use them to meal prep. The meal freezes well and it isn't hard to pop out. I got the half cup capacity which I find is plenty of rice, bean etc for a meal portion. I think I'm going to get the 1/4 cup capacity for such things and just use these for protein and vegetables. They do have a half way mark which would be a quarter of a cup, but i just like the go ahead and fill up each section. I freeze in these whatever meal I prep and on the night before I need it i just pop them out in a dish put in the refrigerator for lunch/dinner. They will be stained from food like curry and spaghetti. I have not had anything to spill because the lid also seals the compartment individually. I like these, they save space in the freezer as well

Love these! Second time buying from this seller. These cubes are life saver. Good quality and. The lid seals each cube contents so you can have different kinds of food in each cube and you won't have to worry about them leaking to the next cube. Some brands don't have separated lids. Highly recommended and will def order more

Structurally these are probably the best ones I’ve ever purchased the lids are a bit flimsy. I’ve rated it as a four only because of the cost I think they could be less expensive.
