HolaCube WiFi Holographic Crystal 3D Photo Display, Smart Weather Station & Digital Clock with GIF Animations and Electronic Image Album Player for Desktop/Car Décor (Black Base)

This is a nice gadget that is easy to use. The quality of the crystal is very nice.

The dice works as advertised and is very cool to see in person, even better than the photos. It's smaller than expected, but functions as described and depicted. With that being said, there are a few issues with this device which require notable mentions. First and foremost is the setup process. It was pretty straight forward, but it could be simplified. I can see people who aren't good with computers getting easily frustrated with putting the device together. This is how to set up the device: > Plug it in and it will generate a wifi signal > Connect to the device's wifi > Type the IP address (appearing on the devices screen) into your URL search bar (as if the IP address is a website) > Arrive at the "GeekMagic" control center (website) > Click on the "Network" tab to connect the device to your local wifi (home / office wifi) > Click on the "Settings" tab to choose what you want to display > Click on the "Time" or "Weather" tabs to adjust the time and weather > Click on the "Pictures" tab to display images, GIFs or a playlist of images This brings us to the second and most important issue regarding this product - the memory storage. This device comes with 1500kb-1900kb of memory storage, only after you delete all of the images that come on it. In order to fit your own personal images or GIFs on this device, you must learn how to resize, compress and reformat images, videos, GIFs, etc... The storage is so small, that I could hardly fit anything onto it. There is no option to add additional storage using a Micro SD Card... Editing and resizing images can be difficult, especially if you're trying to turn a 2.8mb image into a 120kb thumbnail. Even then, the device could only hold 10 to 12 images at most. On the plus side, the "GeekMagic" control center provides GItHub links which lead to folders containing dozens of small and compatible GIFs and images you can upload onto the device. These images are very simple and limited, nothing impressive, but they do have some cool stuff, if you're interested in that sort of thing. Don't expect to upload an entire playlist of personal content onto this device, it simply will not work due to the size constraints surrounding the memory. With all of that being said, I really like this thing and I think it's super cool. I wish it could hold a giant folder full of personal images, but unfortunately that's not how it works. The setup process could be simplified, hopefully my instructions above will clear things up for other buyers.

I'm absolutely impressed with this gadget! It's compact, well-designed, and surprisingly powerful. The WiFi connectivity is a game changer, pulling in highly accurate info directly from the Internet. Plus, you can upload GIFs to personalize the display.I love having my favorite anime characters pop up! It’s such a unique and fun feature. Overall, it's super easy to use and adds a lot of personality to my space.

The product worked as advertised, but configuring is was a bit tedious and cumbersome. The one I received also has a pixel issues as I see the black "black" blotches on the screen so I'm assuming the LCD panel must be damaged during shipment. I posted a photo and you will see a "black" line or blotches on the upper right corner of the screen. The ones I saw in the Instagram reels, they are clear of these screen "stains." All I could say is buy at your own risk. I'm not sure how good or bad their tech support is.

I bought the HolaCube hoping for a fancy, futuristic desk accessory. On paper, it combines a 3D-style display, GIF/photo album, clock, and weather station — all in one. But in practice, it mostly feels like a novelty that under-delivers. What didn’t work for me: • Tiny display & poor visibility: The cube is much smaller than expected, and unless you’re looking at it directly — ideally at eye level — it’s very hard to read. From my usual seat, the clock and weather info are nearly unreadable.

This is a really great product, with easy installation and an excellent user interface. I’ll probably buy several more as holiday gifts, adding photos of the recipients.

My husband loves this! Got it as a gift for him and he messed around with it and had a lot of fun seeing what it can do now he has to find the perfect spot for it. It is small and the brightness makes the picture easy to see. It connects to wifi and has easy instructions to follow for set up. The quality I would say is good no issues and didn’t come damaged. I say it’s a perfect gift it’s so cute and pretty definitely worth the buy.
