I didn't expect it to be this good!
I've used rollators and wheelchairs and scooters and canes since 2012 and have several, so I did expect this "bit-more-expensive" rollator to perform well, but it is SO perfect, I had to share. It's weight capacity is perfect for holding me with a grandchild in my lap - love that. And the padded vinyl seat is cushy! Comfortable on the butt! It is surprisingly QUIET - no squeeks, no rattles, no floppiness with the bag or cables - pretty great! Nothing falls out of an enclosed bag (it's not a wire basket). The height adjustment enables fitting it into smaller trunks and backseats in probably any vehicle. Assembly instructions are clear, quick and the Homland rollator goes together Really Easily - even for fossils like me! Pieces are well-engineered and made with precision, and the few big parts are already mostly assembled. Homland doesn't brag enough about this, but it's a big deal that all the few pieces are well made, partly assembled, and fit together perfectly! I did have ONE issue with brakes. Both wheels arrived locked into the brake position and I found no instructions for adjusting that to make it work. Fortunately, I have a car-guy husband who went to work immediately upon seeing my little tools laid out. It took him about 20 minutes to get wheels rolling with the brakes working perfectly, but this could be an issue for others. I have used this All 5 Days since it arrived & we got it assembled. It makes getting around the house easy (granted we do have wide doors), and so much faster than using a cane, and I carry things to other rooms by sitting them on the seat frequently. We traveled with it last weekend, and it is a "little" heavier than most rollators, but I or my elderly husband got it in and out of the back hatch without difficulty. It is so efficient, putting my bags on the seat or hanging them from a handle along with my cane to roll everything into a hotel room in just one trip. I had another rollator previously that would mysteriously catch, making the rollator pause while in motion, and its rattle was annoying. So I am VERY GLAD TO HAVE this heavy duty Homland model, and I WOULD Definitely buy it again.

Great Walker, Great Company
First, this Homland walker is very sturdy, but lightweight, and can be easily adjusted to fit any size person. It's easy to use and comfortable to sit on.Second, Homland is a great company to work with. When we assembled the walker, we must not have tightened one of the short leg adjustment knobs adequately, because it fell off somewhere the first time I took it to an event. I called Homland, and they immediately mailed me out a replacement, plus a few extras, free of charge. You just don't encounter that kind of customer service much anymore. I am so impressed with them and with their walker.

Works well but is wide when folded.
Doesn’t fold up very small, it will not fit in the trunk of my 2003 mustang. When folded it is wider than the passenger’s seat it takes the space between the door and rests on center console. It works very well on driveway, in grass and over pretty bumpy terrain. Not that heavy, seat is strong and comfortable and has good back support.

It's not your father's walker
Quick and easy. Now, some people will get frustrated, but this is really pretty simple to assemble. Everything is labeled A, B, C, D. So that isn't too bad. I was expecting more parts, but it all is pre-assembled. It is amazing how everything has changed. Price, reliability, value, weight, design, rollability, height adjustment, it's all here. Now scratch it sp it doesn't look so new

Well built, good for big people
Works well it is easy to assemble nice and sturdy which is what I was looking for. Luc easily. Folds quickly but is large. Comfortable to sit, stand and walk. Good over rocks, uneven asphalt, concrete, and grass/ground. Well worth the money for a a large, wobbly senior.

Built to Last. 5 stars +.
I would give the Rollator five stars plus. I am completely satisfied with the workmanship of this product and suspect it will last for a long time. I would recommend reading the assembly directions a couple of times before you start. I'm not sure that I could have completed the job without the video, which allowed me to go back and forth and stop as I was doing the assembly. I made a couple of mistakes in the process, but it was fairly easy to correct them. I have not tested the Rollator on bumpy terrain but, from the way it's constructed, I'm sure it will be able to handle it.

Acceptable for its cost
It basically is okay and works well. Feels sturdy but have only used it in house so far. My complaints are that the back rest is not adjustable at all. Very rigid, hits my back in the wrong place, and would not be good at all for any long periods of time. The drink holder is a total joke unless all you use is a soda can. Any item bigger than that shoots out like a rocket! Totally useless.
