I put this on my 92 year old mother’s water bottle and it reminds her to drink. She actually takes the cue each time and gets a kick out of the blinking light. I only wish you could adjust the amount of times between blinks. I’d love it to be every 1/2 hour.

My package was stolen and I was able to get a new one sent to me within a couple of days. Works really well when I remember to put it on my bottle or mug. The blinking lights get so annoying that you have to take a sip of water in order for it to stop, which is why it works well for me 😂 only complaint I have is the price. Kind of pricey for what it’s for.

Alarms on my phone to remind me to drink water are easily ignored. But a light in my face blinking like crazy can't ignore. This is the 2nd one I've purchased. Love it. I do say be careful. A rubber band and clip isn't the most secure. The blinker part I've lost a few times. But other than that it's great. For the dehydrated.

I love this little thing. I tend to go hours without drinking anything when I’m working. I just don’t realize I’m thirsty. I’ve been trying to drink more water to help alleviate some health issues in a very simple, natural way. This little guy fits perfectly around both of my water bottles. Just like the product description says, it strobes at you (it’s too fast to say blink) and once you’ve set the bottle back down, it gives you a long blink to confirm. What I especially like is the sensor/timer in the unit will take into account any drinks you take in between strobes. It is also light sensitive so it’s not waking me up in the middle of the night to get a drink.There are a couple things that I’m not a big fan of and are the reasons I give this 4/5 stars. First, I think it’s a bit expensive for what you get. Even though it works wonderfully, it just seems what you get doesn’t warrant the price tag. It doesn’t connect to your phone or any health apps and it doesn’t track anything for overall totals. Second, I had actually had to purchase a second unit because it came unclipped to the band somewhere along the way and I lost it. I’ve superglued the second unit to the band this time around but it’s a bummer that it happened causing me to spend more money.Overall, I really like this product and I definitely get my use out of it, however, I think’s it’s a bit pricey for what you get. I still use it daily, though!

Bought this as a gift. The person that it was bought for absolutely gloves. It definitely has increased water intake with this device. Not a bad price would buy again.

It’s ok just not impressed with it doesn’t really help me. Might work better for someone else

This thing is worth pennies- if that. It’s like a child’s cheap prize box trinket with the quality to match. Save your $ and shame on seller.

Very easy to use. The light is bright and hard to miss, in a good way. I have it at my office, and I wish there was an on/off switch for the hours I’m not there. Great product.
