skin certainly feels and looks better since taking these ,about 3 to 4 months of daily use good value ,no smell or taste noted fairly large but simply take with yoghurt or similar ,this i find makes them easy to swallow

I have been taking these marine collagen capsules for a little while now and I am really pleased with them.
