Product DescriptionOur hand-made Black Truffle Tortelloni are made using a blend of selected Italian 00 and Durum Wheat flours, and feature a high egg content (28%) for better, more consistent cooking. They are hand-folded to incorporate more filling. This tasty filling is made using Summer Black Truffles from the Umbria region in Italy. This filling becomes smooth and balanced using a base of delicate and creamy cheeses. Try it with simple Oil and cheese or with a mushroom sauce. A real treat for all truffle lovers! -2 stars Great Taste Awards 2015Cooking InstructionHob - From Ambient. Bring 2 litres of water and a pinch of salt to the boil in a large pot. (You will need 2 litres for every 250g of pasta). Add the pasta and cook for 3 - 4 minutes for fresh pasta, or 4 - 5 minutes for frozen pasta. Drain and serve with parmesan and olive oil, or with your favourite sauce. StorageKeep refrigerated below 5C. Once opened consume within 3 days. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and consume within 1 month, cook from frozen.
