Please note that this specific journal is UNLINED.I’ve been using Paper Blanks and Peter Pauper Press journals for my morning pages for years. I prefer Paper Blanks journals for a number of reasons over PPP (paper quality, keepsake pocket, actually lies flat, and the pages aren’t cut so clean that they are a paper cut risk to your wrist. Seriously).

This book lies flat, is very easy to write in, and the paper is perfect for my fountain pens. I've journaled for much of my life, and half the journals remain semi-used because they're hard to write in. I'm really pleased with this line, with the quality of the binding, the paper, and the overall design.

I love this journal first because of the high quality - it's outstanding. Second, this is a great size to put in a purse or small bag if you're writing outdoors. All of my books are written first in longhand and when I can, this is the line of journals that are my favorite.This particular journal is unlined, has a great hard cover, a close clasp that clicks in place to keep the pages protected, along with a red ribbon book mark sewn in. The paper is superior quality, thick in a nice cream color. What's so great about the paper is that you can write on both sides of the sheet and not see the writing on the reverse side of the paper.Keep in mind this is a smaller size journal. If you want a larger one, get it from this company here on Amazon. They have the best prices for these journals and the look of the journals is estate-like beautiful!

The Smythe Sewn Faux Old Leather Wraps,Foiled, Unlined Journal was even better than I expected it to be, and it was very reasonably priced. I collect journals, because I am fairly obsessive about journaling, and I go through a journal usually every 4 to 6 weeks. I have spent more on journals that were not anywhere near this quality.I woud recommend Journals from the Paperblanks Book Company to anyone who likes to journal. The really funny thing that that happened was that my fiance bought me two journals, from the Paperblanks company as well, and their quality is just as good. These journals are well worth their cost. They make you feel like writing important thoughts, quoting important writers, being philosophical.If you love to journal as I do, do yourself a favor and buy one from the Paperblanks Book Company.

Paperblanks journals are wonderful quality! I didn't realize that the pages of this journal are blank – but I've still been happy with the journal.

WE have been getting the "old leather" series journals for years because they are well built and beautiful. Again and again we are very pleased.

Thought I was buying a replica of one I already own, not the case. This one looks the same but is sub-par quality. Bubbles on the cover. Cheaper quality paper on interior. Pages unlined (probably my mistake in not noticing description). This was to be my babies journal, now almost close to delivery I will have to drive to a Barnes and Noble, frustrating.

I didnt realise that it wasnt lined paper however it still was a beautiful note book.

I fell in love with this when I saw it on here, but it's even more magical when you hold it. A very rustic, pretty design in real life. It's going to make an amazing gift (hopefully).

Auf den ersten Blick wirkt das Buch sehr dünn und ich hatte Angst, ob ich alle Dinge die ich hineinschreiben wollte auch hinein bekommen würde. Jetzt habe ich schon circa 3/4 von den Dingen die ich hineinschreiben wollte hineingeschrieben und das Buch ist erst halb voll. Die Seiten sind dick, können beidseitig mit Tinte beschrieben werden, auch ohne Unterlage drückt nichts durch. Auf der ersten Seite habe ich eine Zeichnung gemacht, dafür empfehle ich allerdings schon eine Unterlage. Bleisitft drückt leicht durch.An der Verarbeitung und der Optik ist nichts auszusetzen, ich war aufgrund des niedrigen Preises erst sehr skeptisch, kaufte das Buch nur, weil es Morning-Express hatte und ich es dringend brauchte, aber ich wurde sehr positiv überrascht. Bei Paperblanks würde ich auch wieder kaufen.

Ich liebe Paperblanks-Bücher. Sie üerzeugen mit ihrer edlen, hochwertigen Optik. Das Papier ist dick, sodass man wunderbar Voder- und Rückseite beschreiben kann. Im Gegensatz zu preisgünstigeren Varianten hat das Buch viel mehr Seiten und ist somit seinen Preis wert. Super Produkt!
