Wow, who knew that good bacteria could taste this good, I really think these are great if they work and do the things that these people claim they do these are a great find.

They taste really good. I don’t know if they are making a difference. But, I enjoy taking them! And I hope it’s making a difference!

Easy to chew; feeling better after taking for a time.

After a month, despite daily use, I haven't noticed a difference. The taste and texture aren't great, but not terrible either. I have been taking a GLP for the last year and hit a plateau, but after a month, these haven't helped with any additional weigh loss or appetite suppression.

Good tasting and good for the health benefits. I'd love to buy these in a snack bag just to munch on. Seriously good tasting.

These are easy to get down, hopefully the probiotic is getting to where it is needed!
