I started taking these NAD shots 40 days ago. During the first month, I had one bottle a day, then went down to three bottles per week. Have I noticed any difference? Definitely. Only on day FIVE I could feel I had more energy and considerably better focus and memory. The energy part is what most matters to me, especially because I never drink coffee. After a week or so I started noticing changes in my skin and face. I have always had good skin and almost no wrinkles. I also do facial exercises. I took away one star because of the extremely slow shipping. It's unacceptable to take 3 weeks just to get the product in the mail. As far as the product itself, this is a high quality product with the best possible ingredients. I am very careful about what I put into my body and I appreciate every single ingredient in this product. I love the packaging this product came in that makes it look and feel like I was having a premium experience when it arrived. Such a classy box with welcoming materials both on and in the box. I feel like I really matter to this company.
