It’s easy on my stomach—with no bloating, even after workouts . I’ve noticed better recovery and more energy during gym sessions. First, I didn’t realise that this isn’t isolate. I should’ve picked up on that. Concentrate has higher lactose and that just doesn’t work for my body. So maybe the product is fine but not for me. The flavour is nice. The consistency too, due to the additional lactose and fat, I guess.

The tastes really good in milk.
