These aren’t just for burgers and hotdogs! I make hot Tri-tip and horseradish sandwiches and I use the hotdog buns for making Italian Sub Sandwiches! If we’re going out to a restaurant I put a bun in a baggie and put it in my purse and then I substitute it for the restaurant bun on my burger. These buns are a game changer. No more lettuce wraps for me!

The taste is great with zero sugar. Great option for Keto dieters. Delivery was fast and bread was fresh and not squashed from the box.

The product taste great and seems perfect for a keto diet. If you find them at Walmart or a local store they are usually much cheaper. I’ve learned that you probably want to refrigerate these products as they have gotten moldy within a week of arriving if left unrefrigerated.

These are my favorite keto buns. They are light tasting and fluffy like regular. I’m traveling so I’m taking a package of buns so I can stop at any burger place.

I bought these expecting them to arrive with the other foods I ordered. Came in like week and a half later with a Dat saying they would expire I. 4 days ... I planned a meal to use rhem and they were molded and all green. Waste of money!

Going by the numbers, these are fantastic when you are trying to keep your carb intake low but it’s high cost may be prohibitive. Visually these are very small and you are reduced to eating portions that are small kid size. For the hamburger buns, that’s not much of an issue as you can just double the portion to get your burger fix in but those hot dog buns are laughably tiny. They should change the size so there are 6 in a pack instead of 8 so with the same total volume you’d have a better proportionately sized bun and none of that visual reminder you’re on a diet. These don’t keep fresh long so I immediately toss them in the freezer and due to their size, they’ll defrost quickly. Both fresh and from defrosted they taste great !

To preface, I've recently started changing my eating habits and thinking a lot more about what I put in my body. I found these buns online a few weeks ago and the calorie count was the biggest selling point. Normal buns have over 100 calories each, which makes them a calorie counting nightmare. With these I was able to eat chili dogs and not worry that I'd just eaten half a days calories in 1 meal. They don't exactly taste like normal buns, obviously because they're not, they kind of don't taste like much of anything beyond a vague thought of bread. If you're looking for actual bread taste these won't make you happy, but if you're looking for a bread feel to hold your hotdogs and hamburger these are great
