Awesome tent!
This car shower tent is fantastic. It’s quite large, and since I am a disabled camper/adventurer, I got this in the hopes that it would work for me with a wheelchair. It does! It basically is able to attach onto the car, which allows a space to easily create room to have a bathroom with my travel toilet or take a shower with the camp shower. The tent itself is totally blackout, which means you can change without worrying about people seeing through the fabric - privacy is ensured. It’s easy to hang a camp light, and even with a light inside, you can’t see through from the outside. The tent is multi-use. I felt secure using this (I often adventure alone with my dogs, although I use additional security devices, and of course my dogs are the best alert to if someone is coming!) I have zero complaints - the functionality of this tent is perfect and surpasses all of my expectation. This will be going on all of my adventures. It’s a bit heavy for me to handle on my own with my disabilities, but it’s also worth it. Yes, the tent is more expensive than some others out there, but in my opinion, it’s also completely worth it because you get so much more value and use out of it. Five stars for sure, and if I could rate it even higher I would.

Sturdy, but needs good attachment to vehicle to remain standing
I’ve been using the Kakadu Outback Shower Vehicle Tent for bathroom and shower needs while camping at Padre Island National Seashore (PINS). The winds at PINS are consistently strong and gusty, but this tent stays in place when securely attached to the side of my SUV.The setup process is straightforward, and the attachment system works well with a roof rack. Once it’s properly secured, the tent feels stable, even in challenging weather. The material is durable, and the BlockOut® Technology effectively limits light from entering the interior, providing privacy during the day. This is helpful at a beach campsite where privacy can be hard to come by.The tent’s design is functional. The towel rod is handy for drying off after a shower, and the storage system keeps toiletries organized. The included roof-mounted LED light provides enough illumination for nighttime use, and the tent’s size is comfortable, even for someone tall like me (6'6"). The ventilation is adequate, preventing it from feeling stuffy after a hot shower while still keeping out sand and debris from the wind. One consideration is that the tent relies on the vehicle for support, so you’ll need to position your vehicle correctly before setting it up. Additionally, the included stakes are not ideal for sandy conditions. For extra stability, I’d recommend bringing sand-specific stakes if you plan to use them at the corners.Overall, the Kakadu Outback Shower Vehicle Tent works well for bathroom and shower use in windy conditions. It’s functional and provides the privacy and stability needed for camping at places like PINS. It’s been reliable for us, and I’d recommend it to others looking for a vehicle-mounted privacy shelter.

It's easy to install and setup but I expect better stitching quality with this price range .
The media could not be loaded. At first I don't have too much confidence when installing because there is no specific spot for my suv (nissan rogue) and I have to install it on the rail for crossing bar. But the L shape hardware coming with it actually is doing the work just fine as long as I mount the bag closer to my car. The only concern for me is the L is a little longer if I mounted it this way and there will be a chance to scratch car roof so be careful if you are installing on a glass sun roof car like the way I installed. Other than that, it holds well with this weight and no shaking. The set up is very easy and less then 3 mins, unzip and open then doing some adjustment then it's done. There are some bags and storage on the wall but I wouldn't put something heavy since the tent is only holding by a rail, with this leverage the weight might either damage the rail or bend the tent rack hardware. Also, it works really well for a toilet tent but for the shower you might need a taller car if you are taller. I am not tall and it works for me but my head is already hitting the top.All the materials and quality looks fine for me but I am a little concern about the straps and stitching quality, it doesn't look very strong for me and can be damage with harsh weather and frequently usage. I will expect a little better with this price range otherwise a cheap pop up shower tent will do the same work.I also like the dark wall material and the built in LED. The LED need to be powered by a power bank though but it's bright enough. The darkness of the wall won't be illuminated by LED from inside so you don't need to worry about people can see your shadow with the light on while using toilet or taking a shower.Anyway, it looks cool and save some space in the car. I have been driving with it hanging there few days and it won't really bother me much, it won't block the door or hitting anything on the side. For people who has a roof top tent and want to attach a shower and toilet room, this is a good integration. For people who wants just another room doing those thing, I think a cheap pop up room will work just fine.

Reasonably easy to set up, works just fine free-stand for whatever you need to do in there.
Reasonably easy to set up, works just fine free-stand for whatever you need to do in there. We are using ours for a changing room and a little bit of privacy. We are not using it for a shower. We needed some modesty when being with a group, so rather than trying to hide behind a bush, we started to use this simply to change and stuff. Easy enough to put together and throw in the back of the subaru.
