Soft biscuit, filling ok but quite sweet, easy to take when out excercising, does it give me extra energy not sure but will recommend

Great flavour (against all odds I prefer to the Tiramisu flavour) and really easy to eat. Sits well on the stomach during exercise

No complaints. They taste good and are very effective. Only caveat is you probably will need water right after you have them because they mmdo make you feel fairly thirsty right after.

I prefer to eat whilst cycling rather than held as they are less messy and I full fuller. These are handily sized to fit into Jersey pockets and taste good.
