Very nice

I used to love this lip balm for its natural, buttery texture. The previous formula was filled with nourishing oils like beeswax, shea butter, coconut oil, etc., and it helped with my lip pigmentation wonderfully. But this new version feels like a completely different product. It has a strong synthetic taste and smell, like a solidified beauty cream. After comparing both ingredient lists, I noticed they've added synthetic beeswax, paraffin, petroleum, and polyethylene. It doesn’t feel or taste natural anymore. Very disappointed. I wish they had kept the original formula — I would’ve used it for life.

It's an average product, dont expect too much from it. More of and normal lip balm and not a treatment product as mentioned.
