These well-machined stainless steel bars fit my grill perfectly and were easy to install. Heeding the package warning about sharp edges, I wore gloves when unpacking and positioning the bars. Overall, I am very pleased with the design and quality of these bars, and believe that they will help extend the life of grill. They are definitely a good value.

I have an E-335LP Weber Grill which is about 5 years old. It is a top line grill that still looks new on the outside with even the igniters still working every time. But I am always dismayed on the life of the enamel coated Flavorizer Bars only lasting 2-3 years even considering the extreme temperatures they must endure. I had already replaced the bars once with the standard bars at $45 for the 5 piece set two years ago. Although I have about a year left on those, I started browsing for replacements. I have been wanting to use stainless steel bars, but unable to find them until now and at a great price! Enamel coated bars are $65 both on Amazon and on the Weber website - just for the Flavorizer bars! I found these stainless steel bars, plus the bottom baffles for $50 and ordered them immediately. I received them the next day and tested the fit. Most of the negative comments I read concerned the packaging and the chance to slice some skin if great care wasn't taken when unpacking them. This is to be expected somewhat with straight forged steel, still I did not find it difficult to remove the surrounding plastic with just a little care. Both the upper Flavorizer Bars and lower baffles fit perfectly. Stainless steel has varying levels of quality based on the specific mix of metals. Although I cannot directly address the quality composition of steel in this case, nor the longevity of product, the quality looks good to my meager experience with these types of products. I highly recommend these and hope they are still around whenever they need replacing again. Cheers!

These were used for one summer and I do grill alot outside during this period. I will need to replace them again at some point after one year. Their is an enormous amount of heat on them during every grilling use.
