These are the absolute best way to get 1200 mg of calcium per day! They are delicious and soft and like a treat! Compared to taking 6-8 capsules a day, they are so much more pleasant! Highly recommend. Only problem is that they were delivered into my mailbox on a hot day (rather than put on my porch in the shade) and so the temperature may have affected the effectiveness of the product. Regardless, they taste wonderful and I am hooked.
