I now buy these repeatedly for my Epson printer. The quality is very good and price is extremely reasonable compared to genuine Epson products. The printer does alert you to the cartridges not being genuine, but you can override this on the printer screen for the ink to be recognised. Highly recommended.

Works perfectly with my brother printer. Doesn't clog jets or cause any issues.

Very good print quality and great value for money

Product arrived fine and on time. Loaded into the printer and all the cartridges worked fine except for the black which would not be recognised (appears to not have the same code as the black I removed). There was an extra black included in the pack which also would not recognise. The leaflet that came with the cartridges had a suggestion on it to try and replace the cartridge again once or twice and that this should resolve the issue. It didn't. The leaflet said that there is 24 hour support if you contact the company via Amazon. When I attempted this there is no support only the option to return the items for a refund. So I've lost time and effort with a faulty product that is not fit for purpose. I needed the ink urgently for a purpose which I'm now in a difficult position with and on top of all this I now have to remove all the cartridges and package them and drive to post this item back for a refund due to non existent customer service. So to some up.- product not fit for purpose, lied to regarding customer service and to top it off Amazon now want the faulty cartridge back which puts me out for something that is no fault of mine.Steer well clear and try someone else.
