Excellent thank you. Some may need a medium band as this one doesn't stretch far, unless you were Geoff Capes (RIP).

Why did you choose this product over others?:This smelt really bad, washed it still smells - like a farmyard - really strange. Made my hands smell too

I had a frozen shoulder and the physio sent me a variety of excise videos with a schedule of how often to do them (mostly twice per day). Within a couple of weeks the improvement in the extent of movement was clear. I continued the exercises and within a few months the full normal movement range had been restored.

It is what it is, a light rubber elastic resistance band. Physiotherapist told me to buy one to do some ankle exercises. Good length for type of exercise.
