I always like to have butter around to add to many foods but I simply don’t use it fast enough to justify buying it all the time to keep in my fridge. This powdered butter is the perfect alternative. It’s made from real butter, tastes like real butter in any dish, has a very long shelf life and I don’t even refrigerate it until I open it. Actually you don’t even have to refrigerate it then, it’s just my personal opinion that it probably stays fresher this way. This is considered survivalist food but there is no reason not to keep this as a kitchen staple. I use this in so many dishes that I replace it every few months. This is great in scrambled eggs (just a little does it for flavor) , omelettes, sprinkled over salmon or chicken before air frying (really helps cut down on the calories too if that’s a goal while still giving you a buttery taste.) The price for this is generally pretty reasonable (twenty some dollars), but it varies depending upon supply and demand. Auguson Farms also has butter powder. I cannot tell the difference in taste between the two brands so I generally go by price when I order. I can say; however, that this is a great tasting butter powder that is generally consistently at a good price and I do recommend it.

A great purchase for emergency use. We are essentially making sure we have plenty of essentials just in case, especially after Helene hit. Our dog loves an egg in the morning as we do so we just said why not? Overall we think it's a good deal and a good idea.

Bought for security, haven’t tasted it. I love that it’ll last for years. The can is heavy and solid. I bought this after reading several different reviews on other butter powders.

I know this is a great product, but the representative picture of the product is deceiving. It shows the large can size for the small can price. Not disappointed, because the price is fair, but please show the correct product size.
