This is a great bit of kit for hanging a bike. I've used it for my carbon road bike. Very easy to install. Robust. The way it twists feels very sturdy.

I bought 5 of these to hang out bikes in the garage 10/10 cleans up floor space easy to hang and take down bikes! Works for all of our bikes including mountain, gravel and road great buy.
