12" DELUXE FLUTED CARVING KNIFE. DOLOMITEN INOX

I have recently started to use an offset smoker bbq. I used this knife on a pork butt which the knife sliced with ease The knife is ergonomic, balanced and very very sharp. I am looking forward to using this knife with confidence for many years to come during the bbq season. Well done!!! to DOLOMITEN INOX for this amazing and good valued product

This is an amazing knife. It cuts through raw/cooked meat like a hot knife through butter, I can cut through large joints of meat with ease and all slices come out even wether I want them thick or thin, also cuts through bread without squashing the slices, & because if it’s length it’s great for slicing through the middle of cakes to make layers.I can honestly say I will never use an electric knife again. Considering it’s length it’s balanced really well, easy to hold. The only criticism I have is I wish it came with a protective sheath as it’s amazingly sharp.

This is an excellent carving knife. I have been looking for a well priced fluted carving knife for a long time and having purchased this one from The Knife Sharpening Company, I am very happy with it. It is very sharp and effortless to use, unlike "ordinary" carving knives which tend to stick and drag at the meat. Very well balanced and easy to handle. Given that similar knives can be found which are very much more costly, I rate this one as excellent value for money. Time will tell how long it remains sharp and how easy it is to put a new edge on it when it blunts, but given the quality of the item, I am not particularly concerned that this will be a problem.

AFTER YEARS OF BEING WORLDS WORST CARVER,ONE RAGGED LUMP OR TWO? .I NOW CAN FEEL AT EASE WITH MY EFFORTS.TOOK A LITTLE TIME TO MASTER,BUT WORTH IT.WITH HINDSIGHT THE SMALLER MODEL WOULD HAVE SUFFICED,BUT WELL SATISFIED.

Received the knife yesterday, as we started he season of our Xmas dinner, I tried it and it worked wonderfully. I cut through the turkey easily and ended up with some perfect and regular slices. Very happy with it, when handling the knife it feels well balanced and the the length and thickness is perfect for slicing through through the turkey but I didn't try other meat yet.

Arrived blunt and a professional knife sharpener said he couldn’t get it any sharper.

Used 4 times was superb at first to be honest had struggled for years. But alas is now dull and back to struggling

With this knife, you can throw out most of your old ones because this does the job👍
