Wont work with Hail damage
Im still giving it 4 stars because It will pull out larger dents. But I was told it could pull out hail damage. Following the instructions that came with it and trying all day it would not pull a single dent out of my car.That being said it will work on larger dents with the puller.

Full of everything
Thos is a good deal. My husband recently got a dent in our pick up van and I hate to see it. He don't mind because he said it's minor. I was searching for something to use and I stumbled on this dent puller package. I was amazed at the many things that came in this package. It was a bit weighty too. I don't know the name of these tools but I do know how to use them and I'll be waiting for my husband to get back from his camping trip so I can go ahead and pull that dent out.

Works okay
The suction cup that comes with the kit isn’t powerful enough. We had to purchase a different one to use with the rest of the kit.

Poor quality. Broken after 1st use. Disappointed
First time using product and have multiple tabs broken. The 2in1 t handle is not straight. The 2in1 seems bent, not sure if manufacturing defect. Glue comes off easy with alcohol. Easy to use. Poor product quality.

Update, they sent me an updated puller
Some awesome tools, I bought some extra glue because the ones that come in this kit are... not the best. At first I couldn't get it because of the glue kept coming off, but then when I used my separate glue, it started working. This kit doesn't come with good instructions. So if you're new like me watch a video, let the glue cool down for a long while, in my case I had to wait about 45 minutes in the heat and 15 minutes when it was cooler. Also you have to wait until the glue gun heats up otherwise it won't adhere. You can see from my picture that the bridge dent puller uses plastic and it broke. I was almost done with my repair too, I think I'm going to have to return the kit. I was very happy when it started pulling out my dent, but very disappointed when it broke.Update they sent me a replacement puller with metal parts.
