I absolutely love this softener! It feels super light and watery, yet instantly soothes and hydrates my sensitive skin. Redness and irritation calm down quickly, and my skin feels soft and refreshed every time I use it. The scent is very mild, which I really appreciate, and it layers perfectly under serums and moisturizer. My skin feels softer almost immediately after applying. Overall, my skin texture is feeling softer and looking less rough/smoother after a few weeks of using 1-2 dashes, twice a day. This is a recent addition to my normal skin care routine, so I can contest the softness is due to this product. For the current state of my skin, this product is great. In love.

This is a good addition to your skincare routine. I highly recommend it. It gives me a subtle glow and hydration my skin needs.

Despite the claims that it contains a 5 layer hyaluronic acid complex to deliver intense, multi-depth hydration, I found that this ON:INGREDIENTS toner was neither hydrating nor nourishing enough for my skin in the winter. I will say that the panthenol and ceramides in the formulation do make this toner a fairly gentle and sensitive-skin friendly one, but I usually have to layer another creamier toner on top to help lock in all the moisture for the dry weather. I think this would be excellent for the warmer months for dry skin, and possibly normal to oily skin types in the winter.
