I cannot get it to turn on for the life of me. I have it hooked up to the power box that was fully charged and nothing. In no way can I get this thing to turn on properly. The only way I can get it to turn on and show any light at all is by plugging the mask USB right into an outlet and even then I can’t get it to change color in anyway. I am very upset that I spent money on something I cannot even get it to turn on. I saw the reviews and was excited for it but it’s so upsetting.

I ordered this last month and have been using it at least every other night. It's comfortable on the face but Im sure it definitely fits better on people with larger/rounder faces. My face is kind of small so the eye sockets dont line up..lol I have noticed while wearing it that the red light flickers at times. I read that LED lights should not do that unless it's not REAL LED's?? It could be the little white controller box though. I guess I will find out. Have not noticed anything different on my face yet. So, I am hoping for the best.

I bought this as a gift, item never worked. Total waste of money, light never came on, no real written instructions. The return window was too short to return it, and there is no product support offered.

This is a nice mask. Started to use it and it is better than I anticipated. It is easy to use and has a few different light colors to target different needs. The mask is comfortable on the skin and the mask is adjustable. It includes eye inserts to protect from the bright lights. I had seen comments on users having trouble with the mask. First, you need to charge the white control block before use. Plug the white control block to a wall charger until the red light turns green. Notice that the mask will not work with the control block connected to a wall charger. To use it you need to charge it first and then disconnect from wall charger and connect the white control block to the mask. Third, the white control block has a button that will allow you to change the sequence of the light color. To activate the light press the button for a couple of seconds and press the witch a single time to alternate thru the colors. To turn off press the switch for a couple of seconds. Do not use water or soap to clean it, just a damp cloth and do not look at the LED lights directly for a long time.. I hope this helps
