Long lasting and just the right size for two milk coffee drinks.
Well made and just the right size for two cups . First one lasted many years until steaming finally pitted the bottom, but that was after many, many cups of lattes or cappuccinos.

Nice pitcher, great for LARGE drinks, not for 12 oz or under
I bought this pitcher along with a 12 oz so I can make different size drinks, or make 2 at a time. I use this in conjunction with a Gaggia Titanium espresso maker. The pitcher is well built and I'm sure it will last a long while. I've had it for about 2 weeks and it's perfect for making drinks up to 20 oz. I wouldn't use it for less than 12. It also seems to work quite well when I'm doing two 12 oz drinks at once. Easy to clean, looks good, feels durable. Much better than steaming milk in a large measuring glass! Would buy this item again and would recommend others buy. Great overall value.

Excellent product
This frothing pitcher is perfect. The price was right (and less than a competing 20oz frothing pitcher) and it is a very hefty feeling product - you are getting more than you're paying for. The 20oz size is perfect for me. I used to struggle with a 12oz pitcher and having enough room to froth the milk for my morning latte without overflowing, but no more. I have no problems getting the steam wand on my espresso machine down into the pitcher. If you're debating it, stop. Just buy it. I'd also recommend buying some other accessories (I bought espresso machine de-scaler and a three pack of Torani coffee syrup) to take advantage of the free shipping on $25 orders. Mine got here in just three days.

Works better than expected
I used to froth my milk for espresso and have several similar pitchers that came with the makers and I have to say that this works far better for my needs than they did. I finally gave in to time constraints and began using a kcup type coffee maker. My problem was that I make two small batches and put it into a small thermos for the ride to work as well as at work usually. The thermos is too high to fit and the other things I have tried all are either hard to pour or do not pour smoothly so it runs down the front of the spout. My last container worked pretty good but was plastic and the heat started putting cracks in it so it was only a matter of time before it started leaking. So I got this thinking that for the price if it works great and if now I could use it for something else like making candles. No it is not finely crafted and polished nor is it especially thick. But it fit under the coffee machine spout and was big enough so you did not have to be especially careful where you placed it so it would actually catch the coffee coming out. Well after the first use I was in love. The handle did not get hot, and it poured into my thermos perfectly the first time and every time after that first time which is several weeks now. Most of my other pitchers had a sweet spot or required you to start slow or fast and then would pour without dripping down the side of the thermos. I have yet to have a single drop roll down the front of the spout. I use it every day and usually leave it soaking after using it for the day until I get home and wash it out. I have yet to see a single hint of a rusty stain, maybe the chemicals and heat of a dishwasher might cause problems but I hand wash mine so perhaps that is why I have not seen even a hint of a problem with mine. Not even any off color spots that you get when you have cheap quality stainless utensils that seem to degrade from the first moment you use them. It is no display peace and not what you would use for cream during high tea but it works. I see no reason why it would not work well for frothing milk as it really is not much different than the other frothing cups I have and I have not checked side by side but I think that this is taller than my other two although it contains the same volume so perhaps you may not be able to angle the pitcher quite as steeply as you might with a wider pitcher. But for me what I like the most is that it never dribbles over the end of the spout. No clean up needed after using it and since I usually use it in the morning my methods can range from easy as she goes to hurry up I have to get to work so I am far from consistent in how I use it.

Well made and reasonably priced
This is a sturdy pitcher and is the right size to froth milk for two cappuccinos (cappuccini?) We have to tilt it a bit to get it under and out from the steam wand on our espresso maker, so I moved the machine closer to the edge of the table and it is fine. I believe this is as tall a pitcher as I'd want to deal with. It is a heavier gauge than I expected, so it should hold up well. While this is functionally excellent, it is not especially stylish. I would describe the appearance as utilitarian. My only regret is that I was lead to believe (by fanatic coffee sites) that I absolutely needed one of these. I had been having good success with frothing the milk directly in the mugs, but I ordered this because "you need a stainless steel frothing pitcher". I was prepared to be wowed by the texture and volume of froth I would now be able to create and ask myself "how did I ever get along without one?". Instead, I merely have one more vessel to wash. My advice to those like me that have been able to get a decent frothed milk in the mug, is to be happy and save your money. If you really need a frothing pitcher, though, this is a well made and reasonably priced product. 12/2013 Follow up: Well, I was wrong; this IS better than frothing in the mug- after using it several times I found the foam is denser and longer lasting when made using the pitcher compared to what I was creating in the mug. I don't know why, but it is definitely superior foam and all we did was use a metal pitcher instead of a ceramic mug. Using this pitcher has improved our mornings, so I think it is worth having to wash one more thing.
