The biggest benefit I have noticed after taking this supplement for several weeks is a reduction in bladder urgency. Before trying it, the need to urinate would go from “0 to 60 in 3.5” so to speak. Meaning, the need to pee would go from barely noticeable to “I need to go NOW” very quickly. Now I feel like it’s more common that I can hold my bladder far longer without it feeling like an emergency.As far as night wakings to pee, I haven’t noticed a change in the number of awakenings, but possibly a change in the timing of awakenings. So whereas I’d normally wake around 1 to pee, after using this supplement it’s closer to 2.The product is chock-full of good ingredients, and I love that it’s a transparent formula.Although it is a 3-pill serving, I don’t really mind. Make sure to keep everything in good working order. So there is no way that one can go wrong taking these supplements. Works well as a precautionary preventive. This one got all the right ingredients. It comes in a pack of 90 but the instructions say to take three capsules a day. That means you are just gettig one month's supply before you need to reorder. You might keep that in mind.

I took the entire bottle before doing this review. Unfortunately there was no change in my urinary function. It might work for others, but didn't seem to help me.

Unfortunately, I did not really see any noticeable improvement in my symptoms while using the product.The supplement does contain ingredients that are often recommended for men with prostate issues, such as saw palmetto, green tea, broccoli and stinging nettle. I think that if you are in the early stages of dealing with an enlarged prostate this product may help, however, if like me you've already been dealing with this problem for years, it's more likely you may need to try a prescription drug rather than a supplement for improvement with your symptoms.The actual capsule is slightly larger than a typical multivitamin tablet. The instructions say to take three capsules per day, preferably with meals. In my opinion, taking a capsule with you to work every day to eat during your lunch break is a bit inconvenient and it's easy to forget to take it. I'd prefer being able to take one capsule in the morning and one in the evening.
