I love these knee ice packets especially because they have cold all around knee including back of knee ,which my PT says is a must. Used these on bad knees before total knee replacement and now 5 weeks out from surgery and these are my goto ice packs. Bought second set in opposite close to switch back and forth. They hold a solid cold for 20-30 min. Refreezing time is good too.

This set is great! Adjustable and stays in place. I had hoped I could take them with me in a cooler for trips but didn’t stay as cold as I wanted the first time I tried. Will try again with more ice/insulation. Terrific for at home though.
