I’ve never used an essential oil perfume before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. What I found most interesting was how I could pick up all the tree base notes, while my husband immediately noticed the flowery scents. We both felt it was a completely different perfume.To me, it smelled exactly like a high-end spa. The scent lasted all day. I put it on in the morning and could still smell it hours and hours later, pretty much till I showered.It comes with a roller ball, which makes it easy to apply on your wrist or behind your ear, and it also includes a little wand you can dip out if you prefer. Just a heads-up that since it’s an oil, you need to press the roller ball in firmly when you put it back in. If it isn’t pushed in tight, it might pour out more than you expect the next time you use it.I did not find it oily once on my skin. It rubbed in well and a little goes a long way.

This scent smells so amazing and has some serious longevity and hang time! It smells sweet but not too much and honestly could be worn on a man or woman. The packaging is super fancy and comes with a metal roller ball which I haven’t used because I just dab it on. I get compliments all the time. I would get this again and again!

I was hopeful for this fragrance, since I liked the other two from this company that I have (Bombshell and Bulgarian Rose). But in the end, this one disappointed me for several reasons:1. Longevity. My skin is dry and doesn't hold onto most fragrances well. Oil based ones like this usually work better, however, this one was gone in a little over an hour on my wrist. I'm writing this about 2 1/2 hours after applying it, and if I want to smell anything, I have to press my nose into my wrist.2. The name doesn't match the fragrance. If you are going to call this "Forest and Soul", I'm going to expect a lot more woody notes. Instead, I got a lot of floral notes. That seems more like a meadow than a forest to me. I never picked up on the cedar or amber. I know body chemistry can affect a fragrance, but the amounts in the fragrance have to be minuscule to be this unnoticeable.3. Not a fan of the rollerball applicator. It's messy to replace the glass wand in the bottle with the rollerball, and once you get it on the bottle, it doesn't work all that well.4. Considering the price, you'd expect this to last a lot longer than it does. The other two fragrances I mentioned at the beginning do last longer than this one. Why this one poops out earlier is beyond me. You can get longer lasting fragrances for a lot less than this.That's not to say that there aren't good points for this offering. The fragrance is sweet and floral, and reminds me of a good quality soap while it lasts. The packaging is upscale, and the bottle looks beautiful. If you are planning on giving it as a gift, the wrapping is already done for you - all you need to do is remove the small label on the side of the box. The bottle is small and would be a great size for travel, or toting around in your purse so you can reapply as needed.It just wasn't what I expected from the name or from the brand.

This perfume oil has a lovely natural scent, woody and calming without being overpowering. The scent isn't too bold, but it lasts longer than I expected. It comes with roller balls, which make it easy to apply. The packing is very beautiful.
