i'm very satisfied with the swanson brand of schizandra supplement. i used to use the herbalife brand and i found that it's 3 times the cost and there's only 120mg of actual schizandra in the product combined with a handful of daily vitamins. the swanson brand contains 525mg of schizandra and as long as i take a good quality multivitamin this is better and more cost effective option for me.

I took 1 supplement a day for three weeks, and I don't feel any serious benefits. I suppose I felt slightly less frazzled in my high-demand workplace but nothing that I would say with certainty was a direct result of this supplement. Other than that the supplement didn't do a whole lot for me besides making me constipated.I am going to continue taking it to see if it gets better, but at this point I'd say I could've done without spending the $15 on it.

I had heard about this product on Dr. Oz and immediately got on Amazon to find it. This berry is great for adding some energy to your day. My daughter and I have both noticed that it also curbs your appetite, something we weren't looking for, but not a bad 'side effect'. I take only one/day and it's just enough for me.
