aftermarket for Polaris 360 or 380 (2 Pack) Mega All Purpose Bags

Great Product, I do not understand why Polaris gave up this company. I love how it collects sediment on the ground and does not let anything out of the bag. My pool floors are cleaner now. And you get 2 bags for 1/2 the price of what a pool store sells them for. For those having a hard time with the velcro at the top of the bag, trying using a hose vacuum slide attachment on the hose and attach the velcro their. Since I have done that I have no issues with it picking up anything or filling up with air. I have had these for about 1 year and no problems. For the price I will probably go ahead and just replace them every year, just cause they are good quality and very inexpensive for 2 of them. I have had my Polaris 380 for years and every year I buy a new Polaris bag from Leslie's. This year I bought these bags from Amazon. I paid half the price and got 2 bags instead of one. I have been using the bag for a couple of weeks and it fits and works perfectly. It has much more capacity and has a much larger Velcro section so emptying it is much easier. I highly recommend this product to anyone. UPDATE: I have been using these for several seasons. I have bought repacements as needed and continue to order from Moonlight Pool Supply. They arrive fast and are well priced. This is a quality product.

After writing my review below a few months later I received two more bags in the mail from Moon Light Pool supply. Very unexpected. They wanted to make sure I did not get some of the bags with the velcro problem. What a pleasure dealing with a company that wants to ensure there customers are pleased with the products they are buying. I still have not had any problems with the bags and stand by my first review. I bought these replacement bags with a little hesitation for them being after market. They work great and well worth the money. Basically two for the price of one name brand.I will definitley purchase more in the future. They are also easier to clean than the originals with more velcro opening built into the bag. Thanks again Moon Light Pool Supply

When I first purchased these was a little cautious on them as they were a lot less than the Polaris equivalents. Anyhow, have installed and run them for a while and they work great. I also like how they made the velcro seam across both ends, making it easier to depose of collected debris. So far they appear to be lasting as long as the original Polaris material.

I recently discovered the issue to a on going problem I was having. Back last year (2018) I ordered bags(3pk) for my Polaris 360 vacuum from a vendor on Amazon that wasn't Moon Light Pool Supply. The problem was that my vacuum kept floating to the top of the water after about 1hr of turning it on. We call our vacuum Rover by the way, Nothing that moves around all day like it does and has a tail should be without a name. Anyway I was getting very tired of trying to figure out what was going on and the only way to make it go back to the bottom was to change out the bag and turn it back on. And again after about an hr it would be back at the top. I noticed one day that it looked like a air pocket in the top of the bag so I unzipped it and sure enough air blew out like a puff of wind. So I monitored this for a couple weeks. I would leave the zipper cracked and it would stay down, however some debris would come thru the small unzipped area. Just to rule out other possibilities I purchased a complete new hose kit for Rover and that still didn't help. Finally I decided that I was going back to the bags I purchased back a few years earlier from Moon Light Pool Supply. I even spoke with the owner of the company who was super nice and didn't even bash the other company like most would do. He actually said he'd never heard of this. Anyway I order them approximately 3 wks ago. they came fast and believe it or not there has been no issues since. My theory is that the Velcro allows some of the water to pass thru and this helps prevent floating. I could be wrong but I know my Rover has not missed a beat in 3 wks!! Hope this helps.

This product is great. When I priced a replacement bag for my Polaris at the pool supply store, I couldn't believe my eyes. With this product I received two bags for 1/2 the price. The bag fit perfectly on the Polaris. The mesh is a little finer than the original so it actually did a better job picking up the silt from the bottom of the pool. I will be a lifetime customer.

This bag is Ok. I am a bit disappointed in (1) Its open/enclosure is Velcro, not a zipper, where fine particle of debris and dirt get stuck, and eventually over time fill the patch and it loses its stickiness; (2) after only 3 weeks of use, the vacuum sucked a small straw with leaves that had fullen into the pool and tore the bag; I expected the mesh fabric to be a bit more durable and can handle a small straw, afterall its designed to suck leaves and other derbris that fall into pools! Overall its ok.

These bags seem every bit as good as the OEM bags I have bought for years at my local dealer. In fact, I like the Velcro opening even better than OEM. Not only is my dealer about 20 miles away, the price of these replacement bags keeps going up, up, up. I have been using my Polaris for over 20 years, so recall when they were far less expensive. It is a part that has been amortized by the maker for decades, so the only reason for such large increases over the years is gouging. Thanks for the deal.
