NRS Healthcare Shower Chair with Arms P01560 - Height Adjustable (Eligible for VAT Relief in The UK)

This chair is really sturdy and great for use in the bathroom for those unable to stand to shower. Great value for money. It’s not heavy so can be moved around easily and the rubber covers on the bottom of the legs keep it secure and prevent sliding.

As the other reviews have mentioned the item is sturdy and well made . Unfortunately it does have one very poor design flaw , hence the 1*. The plastic seat itself screws into the metal support frame and here is its problem. The screws and the frame at this joint allow water ingress which has caused the item to rust at all 4 connection points. This has happened within the 1st month of it being delivered which caused rust coloured water to stain the shower tray it was perched in. Very disappointed with this. Easy fix to remedy this is to silicone each assembly point to stop water ingress and hopefully the rust. Was hoping for better quality especially as it cost almost £55.

Great solid shower chair

Comes readdy assembled. You only have to adjust the height of the chair to suit. Good, sturdy chair and easy to transfer from and to the wheelchair. Only downside was disposing of its packaging.

I baught this for my grand parents and they are over the moon with it for their wet room, 1 thing I'd wish there was, rubber grips on the handles it's a little slippery when holding on other then that it's great 👍

I bought this for my (invalid) mother to sit on the shower. The adjustable legs were easy to get how I wanted (e.g. tilt the chair slightly forward).

Gone rusty after two weeks of use. I’d return if I could.
