Got this to replace a broken fan on my EVGA RTX 3080ti. Easy to fit. The whole process from removeing GPU from PC to boot up took about 30 mins. It's working well - Temps back to where they should be.

Though the serial numbers are slightly different, these appear to be otherwise identical to the fans on my EVGA 3080 Ti XC3. At first I thought they were too big, but you need to line up the holes for the screws absolutely perfectly, and it fits with barely a millimeter to spare. One thing to note is that the cables are very slightly longer than the ones I was replacing, maybe by 1cm or less. You will have to make sure you don't allow the excess to get in the way of any of the fans, especially the fan farthest from the ports.

Hard to find direct replacements, much less that look like OEM ones. They feel a bit "generic" but for the most part they look about the same. Like a knock-off maybe? Which doesn't bother me, I just wanted them to work. They are surpringly quieter than the original fans, like much quieter. But that's probably because they don't spin as fast. At least according to hwiNFO, they would not go above 2000rpms, so my overall temps increased by 3-5 degrees. Core temps stayed within 82 degrees and hotspot hit 89 degrees. However, I'm actually happy with them. A few degrees higher but even at full speed they are noticably quiet. I installed them on a EVGA RTX 3080 XC3. Fit perfectly and had 0 issues with the cable length. Oh, but like others have experience, I had to remove the original "E" decals off the original fans and stick them on the new ones, but otherwise great replacements.
