Wonderful product with no side effects. My husband has Celiac and his iron levels were so low his heartbeat started getting irregular. Superior brand
I never write reviews. But I took this for a while and it cleared up all my bruises from low iron. When I ran out, I decided to finish the bottle of a different brand I had on hand first. After a week of the other brand, all of my bruises came back and I felt more tired than usual. That other brand was not absorbing for whatever reason. I switched back and within a week, bruises gone again. That's the tried and true test for me. They were the same product and mg, but for whatever reason, this one's superior.
