This has made such a difference to me I am sleeping better and feel so much more energetic. Highly recommend these

I normally only use magnesium taurate but I thought I would see if I noticed a difference with the 6 in 1.The 6-in-1 is easier than having to take 6 different capsules, but the dosage is lower that you may normally see in the individual capsules. I did notice that it helped with daytime fatigue and helped me rest better at night but I didn't see any other benefits.

I found the amount of Mg in these capsules a little excessive. 369mg of elemental Mg per serving. Serving size is 2 caps. I took one at a time only and I tend to take around 125mg several times a day, spread out, but taking just one of these caps too close to other Mg doses in the day gave me diarrhea. If I took 2 caps at once, it would have caused me a bad case of diarrhea, so i think the serving suggestion size is a little optimistic. They could have just left out the MgO and kept the chelated forms of Mg, as MgO is very poorly absorbed and has no benefit over the other forms at all. It would be cheaper for them to make too although they might then need more fillers maybe.
