W F YOUNG Absorbine Hooflex Conditioner Liquid with Brush

Does this go on clear? My horse has light color hooves.

Is this product supposed to dry? it's not and i'm a bit confused. after an hour, it's still wet. it either rubs off, or the dirt sticks to it.

Does it have a bad/strong smell? i don't like the farnam rain maker because it has a very bad barbecue scent the i don't like...?

Is it available in larger container than 15 oz.?
