UPDATE: Upon reading my review the seller reached out to me and was so very attentive to my issues and offering resolution that I would most definitely order from them through Amazon again. I did however decline their generous resolution due to the fact that I purchased the watch 6 months ago and it is still a very pretty watch that looks as good today as the day I received it. I'm just more mindful of sounds because the last thing I want do is lose it. It truly is a very classy watch. While you can't tell from my poor photos, the screen quality is fantastic and this watch is loaded with bling! Very pretty watch but I didn't take to it right away. I felt like it was too bulky and wasn't sure I liked the band, but I've really come to like the watch. The extra band looks silly because it's a rather generic sports band and doesn't go with a rhinestone dial at all. No biggy, I just don't change the band out. I do have to charge the watch every couple of days while my other watch has a battery life of about 10-14 days. Unfortunately I've had the watch fall off of my wrist without warning a couple times, and most recently the pin came out and it fell off once again but pins can be put back in and fortunately there was no damage to the watch itself. It's easy to set up. I've never had a problem with connectivity, I absolutely love the dial features. I've worn it frequently over the past few months and haven't lost any rhinestones. As I've mentioned, I wish the battery life was longer. In all, it grew on me, which is good because it was one of those rare times it couldn't be easily returned without a charge.

This was a real hit with my daughter. It is truly a smart watch. It is rather large, but it has to be for all the things it can do. The only thing that holds me back from giving it 5 stars is the lack of instructions. Those are printed in VERY tiny print in many different languages and not much help. The first thing that has to be done is to pair it with your smart phone, but some of the settings are in centimeters and kilometers with no instructions as to how to change them to pounds and inches/feet. Great product if it had better instructions for initial use.

Almost never tracks activity, repeatedly misses days of steps without registering a single step, even when it does track, I think it misses a lot. Had two others before this and the numbers here seem very low when it does actually track steps. Battery doesn’t last very long and no warning signal when the battery needs to be charged unless you are constantly checking to see battery status bar - it just dies. When it doesn’t become disconnected , which is frequent, it’s good for phone calls. That’s not what I bought it for. I gave it a chance for too long and cannot return now.

I love this watch! I get so many compliments! Such an affordable price! Suddenly my watch would only charge to 10% and no more. I reached out to the the seller and they were super helpful and they are now sending me a replacement! Great customer service!!

It's nice, but for my liking a little on the big size. Also, hard to put on

I ABSOLUTELY love this watch!!! It is beautiful in person. It can do so many things. I have not taken if off since I got it. I have had it about 7 weeks at this point. People don't realize it is a smart watch because it is so pretty. If you like chunky with a little being you will love this watch and the set up was easy. Holds a good charge. And it has helped me keep track on my health journey.

It isn't perfect on its measurement but close enough to watch the pulse rate, blood pressure and oxygen levels.
