Phone is Not working and I have contacted Amazon and I told them about this matter and they said You have to take it to Delaer and I did and they said it has problem and better to change it

Super Slow and Always Freezes
This phone is a nightmare. It's extremely slow and hangs all the time, even with basic tasks like calling or texting. Apps take forever to open, and the system freezes constantly. I've had to restart it multiple times a day. Not worth the money—avoid at all cost

First bad experience
To be honest I'm fan of Xiaomi (Redmi)phones since I started using them from 2015 till the date But never had any bad experience ,so I bought another one Redmi 14c few days back but unfortunately faced many issues such as hanging and slowing down even some time not following the command ,so very first time having bad experience with Redmi phone .
