I ordered this product to help soothe the pain in my knees after walking my dogs. It arrived very soon after ordering and was well packaged. It has a long power cord that plugs into the units control panel when recharging its battery. The knee pad is lightweight and made from comfortable soft slightly padded material and is secured using velcro tabs. Thoughtfully there is an additional tab to secure the pad around the knee area, which I found to be useful for adjusting the intensity of the vibrations.The control panel sits directly over the knee and has multiple vibration modes and intensity levels, there is also a useful heat function that delivers a surprisingly high heat level, which is adjustable. The vibrations intensity ranges from a mild to an high level and all levels provide enough energy to the knee to be comfortable and effective for short periods. I found the knee pad very comfortable to wear in use as I walked around the house and it fitted snugly beneath my trousers. My wife also wore it over her leggings. This is a great product at an affordable price and well recommended.

Amazing little device. This knee massager is cordless and comes with its own USB charger. There are selection of modes which can be used with varying and high intensity pulsation. A must have for people like me who have muscle tightness around the knee area. Provides instant relief.

I’ve had a couple of different massager types from Comfier before and been very happy with them, so thought I’d give this a try to help with a sore knee I’ve had for a while. Firstly, I was pleasantly surprised at how adaptable it is. The instructions say it can be used as a knee or shoulder massager, but as the straps can be fastened over most of the product and it comes with a extension strap, so you can position it however you like. The other handy thing that helps with this is the detachable control panel means you can change the orientation of the display to one of four different directions relative to the massager itself. The control panel does need to be attached for the massager to work but disconnecting it just pauses the massage, so you don’t need to worry about it resetting your choices if you take it off. This means you can take the control panel off to change the settings before reattaching it to continue the massage with the new settings. It also makes it a lot easier to recharge, as only the control panel needs to be charged, and it uses USB-C rather than any bespoke charger. This is a benefit compared to other massagers I’ve used which need to be plugged in to use. This does mean in principle you could probably use this massager under clothes, although the control panel is quite bulky so may not be practical. I’ve only used it over clothes but this doesn’t hinder either the massage or the heat element. I am a bit of a wimp and the top heat setting is too much for me anyway, but good to have a range of heat, intensity and vibration type settings, along with different massage time settings. It’s worth noting both the massage and heat elements are all at the front of the massager, but since you can easily reposition, if you need either focused elsewhere you could easily adjust the massager even during a massage program. It only offers vibration massage (which makes sense since it’s targeted at joints) but as it’s relatively cheap compared to the more heavy duty massagers it’s a great addition even if you have a massager already!

I got this item as I was suffering from knee pain following hip replacement and had heard heat may help with the pain.I followed the very limited instructions but even on the hottest setting you can barely feel any kind of heat. It doesn’t do what it says it does and to my mind is not fit for purpose.Granted I haven’t reached out to customer services but I’m in pain and can’t face a fight for my money back. I just want to warn others to avoid and move on.

The cordless knee massager is easy to use. It fits slightly loose around knee but I could still feel the motion, heat and vibration. The motor panel works well and has four intuitive touch buttons which work smooth. The small LCD panel shows you the settings. You can easily adjust the duration, vibration modes, intensity pattern and heat level between 35 degrees to 55 degrees.The control panel rests around the thigh so its easy to see and access. The control panel is rechargeable and can be detached from the knee fabric for charging.I don't think one can use this while walking so will have to use when you are sitting or lying down.It is light in weight and easy to carry.I used this just for trying this out but my knee started hurting for couple days so I would start with low intensity and for smaller duration after which I stopped using this and I doubt about its effectiveness and side effects.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this for a family member who has joint pain. She said she liked the heating function the most. The heating itself is adjustable and easy to use. The material is soft and comfortable when worn and the straps are adjustable to fit. It is cordless so you can move around in it and it comes with a USB C charger. Works well for what it costs. Overall happy with it

Works straight out of the box. Simple to use and actually gave relief to the pain in my knee.
